Driving Directions to Main Office

From Midtown Tunnel
• On the Manhattan side enter the tunnel in the right lane
• Exit on the Queens side in the extreme right lane
• After toll take first exit on the right “21 Street/ LIC”
• Take 21st street to the first light and make right onto 49th Ave (aka Hunter’s Point Ave)
• Take 49th Ave to first light and make left onto Skillman Ave
• Take Skillman Ave one long block and make first right onto Pearson Place
• Go ½ block and Showman will be on your right

From Triboro Bridge
• Triboro bridge to Queens, stay in right lane which will become Grand Central Pkwy
• Take BQE towards Brooklyn (West)
• Exit LIE West (Greenpoint Ave)
• Exit onto Van Dam street
• Cross Van Dam to Borden Avenue
• At 27th street make right
• 2 blocks to Pearson Place make left

From Queensboro Bridge (59th Street Bridge)
• Stay in right lane over bridge
• Exit onto Queens Boulevard
• Stay under elevated tracks until Skillman Avenue
• Make hard right onto Skillman Avenue
• At Pearson Place turn left
• Showman is the first building on right

From BQE (East)
• Merge onto Long Island Expwy/I-495 W via exit #35 toward MidtownTunnel
• Take the exit toward Van Dam Street (exit #15)
• Stay straight (Borden Ave)
• Turn right onto 31st Pl.
• Turn left onto Hunter's Point Ave/49th Ave/Hunterspoint Ave.
• Turn right onto 27th St.
• Turn left onto Pearson Pl.

Walking Directions

G Train
Take the “G” train to 21st St./Van Alst stop. Exit to the right of the toll booth. Facing Jackson Ave, turn around and walk straight up hill on 21st. Make your first left (Hunters Point Ave). Walk to Skillman Ave and make left. Walk downhill underneath the trestle. Turn right on Pearson Place. On your right hand side (about 50yds) is a brown building. 47-22 Pearson Place.

7 Train
Take the “7” train to Hunters Point stop. Exit train station, turn left (east and uphill) and walk straight to Skillman Ave. Make your first left on Skillman Ave. Walk downhill underneath the trestle. Turn right on Pearson Place. On your right hand side (about 50yds) is a brown building. 47-22 Pearson Place.
