Manager of Electrics & Automation Department
We are seeking a Manager for our Electrics & Automation Department. Responsibilities include working with Project Teams to estimate and budget each assignment, as well as supervise the construction and installation of all mechanical, lighting, and control systems. The Manager will also use his/her expertise to design automation systems including the mechanics and control systems, to specify lighting fixtures and requisite power and control, and supervise wiring and installation of all lighting systems. The position will require coordinating multiple projects simultaneously with different clients, timelines, and resources, and making sure they all are successfully finished on time and on budget.
The successful candidate will have a BA or BFA degree in a related field with 6 years of industry experience and/ or equivalent professional experience. This position requires strong computer skill with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Inventor. Knowledge of PLC and VFD Programming/setup a plus. The Manager will have proven strong communication and leadership skills.

Sales Account Representative
We are seeking a Sales Account Representative for this newly created position. The individual will develop new a line of accounts for Showman’s Job Shop Services (CNC routing and Waterjet using all materials & thickness). The successful candidate will have familiarity with markets that use our cutting services including artists, sculptors, architects, architectural fabricators, contractors, and film /television studios.
The incumbent will be self-motivated as well as be able to work with minimal direction. The primary target area will be within the NYC metropolitan area. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD experience preferred.

Marketing Associate
We are seeking a Marketing Associate for a newly created position. This position will be working very closely with senior management to generate new business from various sources. They will cull prospective clients from our website, telephone inquiries, email blasts as well as track producers of specialized events to create leads. You will also be responsible for maintaining the tracking of the leads either via spreadsheet or customer relationship management system (CRM).
The successful candidate will have a degree in Marketing, with at least one year experience within a Marketing Department. The incumbent will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of a CRM system is a plus.

Draftsman
Showman is seeking a Draftsperson with at least 3 years experience within a shop environment. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor. Experience with CNC manufacturing processes and the Theatre are a plus. Individual should be a self motivated team player and able to meet short deadlines
