BLM LC5 Laser

Using a shared cutting head between sheet goods and tube parts, the 6000-watt fiber laser can produce a near burr-free cut in a variety of materials very quickly.

Materials:
Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass

Sheet Good Size Restrictions:

Mild Steel (up to 1″ thick)
Stainless Steel (up to 1″ thick)
Aluminum (up to ½” thick)
Copper (up to 3/8″ thick)
Brass (up to 3/8″ thick)

Maximum Sheet size: 5′ -0″ x 10′ -0″
Hole diameters as small as 1/3 of material thickness.

Tube Size Restrictions:

Square and Rectangular Profiles:

  • Maximum: 4″
  • Minimum: ½”

Round Tube:

  • Maximum: 4.72″
  • Minimum: ½”

Maximum Finished Part Length:

  • 14′-8″

Special Features:
Compound shapes are achievable through geometry interpolation.
